Our knowledge and process will help keep your custom home design experience positive. You’re the most important part of the design process, and we’re not happy until you are. Our years of construction experience allows us to optimize the integration of design, engineering, construction and fnishing details.

Design Meeting
During our frst design meeting we strive to understand your vision, how you live, your architectural style, timeline, expectations, budget and what’s important to you in your home design. We have a detailed Home Design Criteria questionnaire, or wish list, that we will complete together, to fully understand your custom home design. We talk about conceptual ideas, review your inspirational pictures or projects and start to develop a clear conceptualization of your home. We believe in listening, while asking the right questions.

Development Permit Survey Site Plan with grades, (Streetscape with ridge heights & Block Plan for the City of Calgary Discretionary Permits only). We can provide you with our preferred survey companies contact info if requested. FAQ - How long does the design process take? We are able to complete Construction Drawings within 4 months
